Speedy Stop offers a variety of job benefits. The programs listed are only a summary and may be changed from time to time.
Insurance Benefits (Full-Time Employees)
- Health: We provide a comprehensive medical plan at competitive prices for our associates. We offer a PPO plan for all of Texas.
- Dental: Two free cleanings per year. $50 annual deductible, $1000 plan year max per covered individual, $1000 orthodontic benefit and standard 80/20.
- Vision: $15 co-pay covers standard eye exam once every 12 months. $0 material co-pay for either glasses or contacts. Frames are covered once every 24 months.
- Life: Company provides $10k per employee. Volunteer plans available for employee, spouse and children at affordable prices, guarantee issue.
- LTD provided for all salaried employees,buy-up options are offered.
Financial Benefits
- 401(k): Annual maximum amount of $15,500 from each employee's compensation can be invested in our 401(k) plan. We will match the employee's contribution at a 100% rate for up to 3% and a 50% rate for the next 2% of their salary.
Vacation Benefits (Full-Time)
- 1 week after 1 year
- 2 weeks for years 2 through 5
- Add 1 day for each year 6 through 10
- 3 weeks after 10 years
- Vacation benefits also available for part time associates working over 20 hours per week
Sick-Leave Benefits (Full-Time)
- 3 days for 1 - 5 years
- 4 days for 6 - 10 years
- 5 days for 11 years
